Job Details :
To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake milk and process specified dairy products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (efficiencies, loss-in-process, zero non-conformance) by targeting the right Product Specifications, Quality and Safety Standards.

Requirements/Skills :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
• Degree qualification in Dairy / Food Technology.
• Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of International Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP.
• Spoken & written English
• Experienced with Automated Process Control.
