Job Details :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, project coordination, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fit-out or construction industry and a strong command of administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• ⁠Manage and maintain project documentation including BOQs, quotations, LPOs, and invoices
• ⁠Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for timely deliveries and updates
• ⁠Support accounts with invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups
• ⁠Organize company and project records; maintain document expiration logs and renewals
• ⁠Handle day-to-day administrative activities including HR support and procurement
• ⁠Prepare financial reports and assist with general accounting tasks
• ⁠Schedule site visits, client meetings, and coordinate project timelines
• ⁠Ensure office supplies and tools are managed efficiently

Requirements/Skills :
