About the Company :

Batool digital We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin & Social Media Administrator to support our growing education tours business. You will manage social media activities, collect and follow up on customer data, book interviews, process payments, and create engaging posts to attract potential clients.

Job Details :

• Manage social media accounts to engage with potential customers.
• Collect and track customer data for follow-ups.
• Schedule and book interviews with prospective clients.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Create and post engaging marketing content on social media.
• Provide administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Requirements/Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to interact with international clients professionally.

Preferred:
• Background in customer service or sales support.
• Familiarity with education or travel sectors.
