Requirements/Skills :
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and acquire potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, loans.
• Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close high-value sales deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new financial products to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience (experience in banking, financial services is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
