We are seeking a Sales and Operations Executive with proven experience in cargo operations to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business through effective sales strategies and overseeing end-to-end cargo operations, with a strong focus on GCC door-to-door cargo services and land transport logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across the GCC region.
• Manage and coordinate GCC door-to-door cargo shipments efficiently.
• Oversee land transport services ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regional regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements/Skills :
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in GCC cargo operations, specifically door-to-door delivery and land transport.

• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
