Canadian Specialist Hospital, one of the leading healthcare providers in the region, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. If you are passionate about providing outstanding patient service and have the relevant experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and appointments
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using the hospital’s system
• Address patient inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary
• Maintain a high standard of patient service and communication
• Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up actions

Requirements/Skills :

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)

• Proficient in computer and call management systems
