The Sales Assistant is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience, and for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.).

Requirements/Skills :
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to ensure a sparkling clean and organized environment.
• Create a positive first impression with an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately with a smile and a warm, friendly greeting.
• Provide customers with up-to-date and relevant product information.
• Deliver quality service in fitting rooms, follow up with customers, and maintain cash wrap cleanliness while promoting additional sales.
• Ensure efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
• Sincerely thank customers for shopping, invite them back, and provide a pleasant exit experience.
