Job Details :
• Handle Recruitment from Onboard to Offboard.
• Staffs Contact Point- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
• Maintaining physical and Digital records of Employee files.
• Updating Internal Staffs Database
• Preparing Vouchers for HR and Admin Expenses
• Visa processing
• Job Types: Full-time, Contract
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Requirements/Skills :
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Experience and more
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Can Join Immediately.
• With Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Visa Processing.
• With Knowledge of ERP.
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• With experience in Construction Industry is a plus.
